Problems with being anthropomorphic: broken tail bones are very common. Often anthropomorphs dock their own tails in an effort to further their acceptance in a humanoid world.

Actually I think he is just sitting in it, not having the mental capacity to actually drive a vehicle is a usual trait in rodents. You can tell he is not driving because there are no little exhaust clouds coming out the back end of the car.

 Of course a rollerskating monkey for all to enjoy. This particular chap is named Hector. He is also good at peeling mangoes, and throwing feces farther than most monkeys his age.
